  • Your class trip will be designed by our experienced staff members to meet your exact specifications. This includes the length of your stay to the specific attractions that you wish to visit.
  • Capital Tours provides individual student accounts so parents can register and pay for their child's trip directly via our website. A designated school representative can log in and monitor all student registrations and payments.
  • A Capital Tours representative is always assigned to your group from your arrival at your destination until your departure.
  • Your trip will include accommodations at a first class hotel, with a private bath, color TV, and air conditioning (Quadruple occupancy for students and double occupancy for chaperones).
  • Private security guards are on-hand to relieve your chaperones every night that your group is on tour.
  • The free chaperone ratio can be customized to meet your school's needs.
  • A variety of meal plans are available to your group.
  • You will have a variety of evening activities to choose from for both students and chaperones alike.
  • Our motor coach is air-conditioned and has lavatory facilities.
  • Capital Tours carries both general and professional liability insurance, which is required for membership in the National Tour Association (NTA).
  • Additionally, each member of the group is covered for up to $5,000 for accidental medical, $3,000 for accidental death and dismemberment, and $1,000 for accidental dental.
  • All taxes and tips in hotels and restaurants are included as part of your tour fare. Bus driver and escort gratuities are at your discretion.
